JOHN OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING WHILE IN THE DEFENSE INTELLINGENCE AGENCY: that the U.S. GOVERNMENT'S plan regarding the UFO question was to put the burden of proof on the UFO researchers and to steer the public away from the military organizations that were directly involved in UFO research. The Military then used the MEDIA to brand the UFO researchers as "kooks, weird, paranoid & unbelievable..." and chasing after shaddows AS IF the government were hiding something.

John's decision to come forward evolved over time...first by noticing (as a disinformation artist for the intelligence community) that the government was TRULY hiding UFO related material while Maynard was in charge of US/NATO classified repository & the Pentagon Papers (in the 1970s). Afterward, he was transferred from Germany to Turkey where (besides becoming a Christian) he became even more convinced that the public needed to know what was going on...He was assigned (as he put it) PROIDENTIALLY at the Pentagon where he would wait & see what information he could gather BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, the "why" of the government's posture that the UFO revelation would be a threat.

HOW DID MAYNARD KNOW THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAD, INDEED, MADE CONTACT WITH AN ALIEN GROUP?????

It was REVEALED to him by his friend; this was no ordinary friend, but a man who worked on the Janet flights out of Las Vegas McCarran Int'l Airport which went directly to Nellis/Area 51. The most telling remark: THAT THE SHIPS THE MAN SAW WERE BOTH THEIRS (THE ALIENS) & OURS THAT WERE IN UNDERGROUND HANGERS....(Two other friends also confirmed this AREA 51 information, but when John told them about Steven Greer's "DISCLOSURE PROJECT", they both parted company with Maynard....

THE MOST "ACCURATE" INFORMATION THAT THE PUBLIC HAS ALREADY ABOUT THE UFO SITUATION: actually a book & a movie by the same title: "THE FALCON & THE SNOWMAN" [[no details given]]

HOW IMPORTANT IS JOHN'S TESTIMONY AT THE CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS (if they were to take place!): VERY IMPORTANT. [[QUOTED DIRECTLY FROM THE INTERVIEW]]: "...documents do exist, as I (JM) can identify the kind & classification of them...[and] establishes a basis for congressional hearings...." WHAT THEORIES EXPLAIN THE UFO PHENOMENON? ~ [JOHN'S INTRIGUING ANSWER!!!]

THEY CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO EXTRATERRESTRAIL MULTIDIMENSIONAL GOVERNMENT BLACK OPS PROJECTS as well as DEMONIC ENTITIES!!! [[REMEMBER: THIS IS A FORMER MEMBER OF the defense intelligence agency!!!]]

THE BLACK OPS: Maynard admits [[similar to Bob Lasar]] that the govt. "back-engineered" alien vehicles that could provide us with traveling "great distances from this planet"...[[DETAILS WILL ONLY COME IF JOHN CAN GET IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION based on future CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS; this, by the way, is ONE of the goals of Steven Greer.]]

RELIGIOUS CONSIDERATIONS: John has no trouble with fitting UFOs into his Christian beliefs...in fact, he says it has strengthened them....He also mentions at least five books that have references to UFOs, (although the Government's only weak remark: IT IS OPEN TO VARIOUS INTERPRETATIONS. Be that as it may (what did you expect the government to say, anyway???) ~ the books are as follows:

DANIEL ~ EZEKIEL ~ PSALMS ~ CHRONICLES ~ & KINGS.

WHO ARE THE ALIENS & WHERE ARE THEY FROM? John is only familiar with one type: THE GREYS! but his clearance is not high enough to identify their origins...he only says that they are not from here. As John was interviewed more extensively, it became clear that he feels that the government is trying to limit the contact between the GREYS and the populace, but that this situation may not last much longer ~ a predicament that the government would not like to see transpire: OPEN CONTACT!!!

HOW LONG HAS THE GOVT. KNOWN ABOUT THE ALIENS?

Let's say by the mid 1800s (but not elected government)[[NOTE: Morris Jessup in a book called, "A CASE FOR THE UFO" did mention changes on the moon in the mid 1800s]] and CONTACT by the mid 1930s, but possibly between 1910-1914. John has also strongly intimated that there was a CONFRONTATION going on between those in government who have had "daily contact" WITH THE ALIENS & those of a higher authority...There may even be armed billigerence between the groups with a reduced alien presence. [[NO MORE DETAIS]]

Regarding these highly classified projects that you speak of involving U.S. Corporations: according to your research, were these corporations involved in "defensive" measures against the so-called "alien threat", backward engineering of captured or shared alien technologies, or all of the above and more? What can you tell us?

MAYNARD: The Department of Defense has had an ongoing program since the mid-1950's, which provided contracts to U.S. Civilian Contractors, Organizations & Corporations that worked in the intelligence community. These projects came under very tight security and usually were very highly compartmentalized.

What this means is that you have several concentric circles: the closer you are to the inner circle the more information you could find on the project. The further you get away from this inner circle, the less information is available. All this is established on a very strict need-to-know basis. Within these circles you could, if you looked hard enough, find contractors that worked on various parts of the project but really had no idea what the overall project was. This also happened with the military's interaction with the primary contractor. Also in this respect, each military branch had certain projects that came under the compartmentalization security measures.

What is meant by this compartmentalization is simply the classification of a document or project, whether it is classified as Confidential, Secret, or Top Secret. However, when they are named, such as; UMBRA (UM), MAJESTIC (MJ), OMNI (OM), or TALENT KEYHOLE (TK), the compartmented program becomes an entity unto itself. The projects and the circle of knowledge draw very tight toward the center and access is granted or denied from within that circle.

Therefore, you can literally talk with a top official in the Pentagon, but unless he has the authorization for that particular project, he probably does not know that it exists. If he does know it exists, he knows nothing about it. Knowing the simple rules of classification helps in identifying the right person to talk with.
