Dear Reader:

I am not certain about how to present myself. I realize that every UFO encounter is unique unto itself. Each has its own scenario intertwined within its own circumstances. But I seriously doubt that you have heard anything like this.

The first fact that you would be interested in is that I did not recall ever having any type of UFO related event until just a few years ago. That’s because I did not mentally file this event under “UFO” or abduction. It was instead filed under “being called a liar and/or goofy nonsense”. You see, I was only 12 years old when a group of my friends and myself for a brief instant spotted three very typical flying saucers low to the ground approaching us. The next memory any of us has is of waking up at night. Far later into the night then we where allowed to be out. Our respective parents where very angry at us for disobeying them. When we told them what happened they just got angrier. And it is that circumstance of disbelief and parental anger that I filed this episode under. Being called a “bold liar” when I told the truth. (I still remember those words.) When we kids where allowed to go back out again (about 3-4 days later), we returned to the spot where this sighting took place. We had a dugout “fort” there that we used as our “clubhouse” where we gathered to play & tell stories. The closest house was almost a mile away, out of sight behind a railroad embankment. We picked this site because it was isolated from adult intrusion. Upon our return we discovered three large round swirl impressions embedded in the tall weeds that predominated in that area. But try to coax our parents as best we could, no adult would come out there to look for themselves. They referred to our pleas as silly nonsense and flatly refused to believe us. After all, none of us was hurt and nothing was missing other then several hours during which we should have been home, not in that field. But a totally different reception was granted to us by our peers. Every friend we had came out there to walk around in those imprints and wonder about them. But that’s as far as it went. No adult ever came. In about a week or so the swirl impressions faded away. My memory of this happening would never have been resurrected at all where it not sought out just recently. Because starting at this point is where Mr. Paul Harvey would have put his “rest of the story”. You see, I was 12 in 1955. Long before anybody knew anything about “missing time”. All we knew is that for an instant we saw them approaching, then suddenly it was night. Nothing more, just that. No screams, no shouting, no

noise at all. Just suddenly it was dark night. And we couldn’t explain it. None of us kids was hurt and everything seemed normal, except now it was dark night. I am now 56 years old. A contented retiree living in God’s country here in Minnesota with a good portion of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes very close by. But several things have transpired during the intervening years that may be related to that sighting & missing time. Here’s an example of what I’m referring to; In 1966 “out of nowhere” an animated vision of a rotating electrical mechanism suddenly appeared. Along with this aberration came the “feeling” that it “moved” or “thrusted” forward. Furthermore this mechanism, by virtue of its operational characteristics was both round and domed topped. Back in the 60s I jokingly referred to it as my “flying saucer”. Did you ever have a “nagging” feeling that you “had to do something?” Like fly a plane or take a cruise or climb a mountain? Well that’s roughly the feeling I had about building this contraption. The feeling would not stop, all it got was more intense as time passed. So finally, in the fall of 1966 I started building it. I finished it in 1967. And ( Thank God ), there are several witnesses available who saw it working. One, a good friend of mine who lived right across the alley behind my house had a pretty memorable encounter with that first prototype. As was his custom he opened the large door behind the garage when he knew I was in there. But this time just as he did that I closed the circuit on the prototype. At that instant it went from statically rotating to “jumping up & down” as it pulsatingly thrusted upward. Unfortunately for my friend, it also moved in this rapid “hoping” manner laterally along the ground straight toward him just as he opened the garage door. The look on my friends face upon seeing this noisy, clanking, spinning, contraption racing toward him was something to behold. He ran away as fast as he could. The mechanism reached the end of the extension cord in the middle of the alley & stopped spinning there but its momentum carried it onward until it struck a garbage can across the alley. Unfortunately, my friend had chosen that garbage can to jump up on to escape this thing trying to run him over. I forget my friends exact words but do remember that he was pretty agitated and vocal about what had just transpired. My X wife was also there as a witness to this “odd” event, the first time I actually turned the machine on & my friend walking right into it at that time. I feel pretty certain that both of them will remember that incident without much trouble. ( My Ex-wife couldn’t stop laughing for several hours afterward) For my part, my attitude remained somber because I had to replace

several of the “arm” members that where damaged when it struck the garbage can. But more to the point; What does one do when he has a machine that can do something no other machine can do? He patents it of course. I filed my first patent application in 1967. But due to improvements made upon that first original prototype I abandoned that first application. During ’68 ’69 ’70 through much trial & error concerning the materials to use, I constructed several improved prototypes. The final version was much more complicated then the first in that it incorporated “helper” electromagnets for the purpose of lessening the time duration required for the arm members to reposition after the implosion event. The “helper” electromagnets where activated alternately in relation to the main, “lifting” electromagnets. I then reapplied for patent in 1970 based 100% verbatim on the most advanced prototype I had built & tested. The drawings on that patent depict exactly what my machine was and how it operated. I was granted Patent Rights in 1971. ( 3,617,783 ) What I did after being granted those rights is difficult to explain. Primarily, I refused to promote or even to present my invention to anyone. At that time both Superpowers (The Soviet Union & the United Stated) had thousands of nuclear tipped missiles aimed at each other. This circumstance resulted in a standoff whereby neither participant dared to strike at the

other for fear of certain retaliation. It was capitalism Vs. communism and the “winner” would not only obliterate the opposition, everything would be obliterated. So long as neither authoritative philosophy had neither the means to overcome the other nor the will to halt this madness this standoff would continue. And in the midst of that abhorrent scenario here comes me and my new device. A propulsion mechanism that is electric, not chemical, and thereby not reliant on a detectable heat creating explosion as a rocket engine is. A propulsion methodology that very easily could be incorporated as a means of retaining undetectable warheads either in a wide Earth orbit or on the moon itself. Even beneath the oceans at the shores of one’s opponent. Warheads that could strike anywhere, completely undetected. Thus negating all of that opponents retaliatory options. What do you suppose that opponent would do as soon as they discover that their retaliatory capability will no longer exist? I am but a simple man, an inventor, a tinkerer of mechanical devices. Yet these where the thoughts forced upon me by virtue of being the only person with the capability of promoting/advertising this propulsion method. My conscious refused to let me promote it. I would not allow my invention under any circumstances to be used

for the conveyance of nuclear weapons. Once you understand these devices you can more appreciably understand this concern. For my part, being a small and unknown entity I had but two courses of action to consider. Either to totally suppress or flagrantly disseminate to the nearest news service. I rejected attempts at discrete dissemination because if I misjudged the character of whomever I showed my prototype to it would be an unrecoverable disaster. I can say from firsthand experience, you act very cautiously when analyzing thoughts like this. My “final solution” after many months of contemplation was to dismantle and scrape the prototype and sell the patent rights to a true God/Bible believing Church. I choose Fairhaven Baptist Church in Chesterton, Ind. to sell the patent too. For the sum of $1.00 to make the transaction legal. Now, if Almighty God wanted the world to know of this device, let Him bring it forth. It was now out of my hands. And that, dear reader, is why you never heard of it until now. Now that “the coast is clear” and nuclear missiles are finally being dismantled instead of being created. Now is the time to bring forth these fantastic devices. Now they can be used to further mankind's adventurous spirit like I had always intended them to be used. Lets start with the “nitty-gritty” about HOW these devices work. After all, that’s what your reading this for aren’t you?

I am assuming that you are familiar with the Bob Lasar episode. The man who claimed he worked on alien craft in Area 51. I’m going to put his exact words verbatim in green. Alongside is my explanation of those words in regards to this invention.

( By creating centrifugal forces in excess of the enveloping gravity field - Earth’s).

By simply increasing the R.P.M.s of the central rotating shaft.

That action is commensurate with “amplify the created gravity field.”

If Bob Lasar ever reads this I implore him to examine my patent. I am sure that his reaction will be memorable. Now,,, this one device in and of it’s own right could be construed as being merely a coincident circumstance involving one person who happens to recollect a UFO related event. But the fact of the matter is that this one device (the patented one) constitutes the first of several. Knowledge of these type of devices appear to come in chronological order. The patented one came first. Followed very shortly afterward with another device. Lacking imagination in regards to names I simply called this second one “Type II”. It functions so similarly to the patented device that a single pictogram (crop circles you call them) The “Barbury Formation” @ Swindon England, given to us in July of 1991, accurately describes the operational characteristics of both.
