Introduction

LRH only awarded two people the rank of Captain. They were Mary Sue Hubbard and Bill Robertson. Bill Robertson was the Captain of the Flag ship for several years.

In 1981, when Ron disappeared off of the comm lines, Captain Bill conducted an investigation aimed at proving the Church had been infiltrated and taken over by government agents. Due to that, the new takeover management expelled him in 1982. The new takeover management then engaged in its political purging of thousands of Scientologists, thus creating a large number of Scientologists outside of the Church.

Some of these expelled Scientologists formed up groups to continue on the Bridge outside of the Church. At that time Captain Bill Robertson went to Europe and organized a network of delivery centers called Rons Org.

LRH had predicted the takeover in an article called A Story on page 285 of Technical Volume 1. In that article he likens the tech to a magical golden ball. He states:

"He tried to form companies to make the golden ball available to many. But the people in the companies said, "It’s mine!" "It’s power!" "It’s gold!" and "The man will kill us all!" and so they fought amongst themselves and threw dust over the golden ball and tried to dent it.

And at last the man sat down in a desert place and sent his word about that anybody could use this ball that wanted it. And they sent officers and thieves and lawyers at him to say that nobody could use the ball.

And they took the man’s captain (wife) and said they would imprison him for saying the golden ball was owned by everybody. And they made the government put guards around the man in case anybody sent him money to help ship the golden ball to everyone."

The above is exactly what happened. The point is this – if Ron knew the takeover was going to happen – why did he not act to prevent it? Well, he did. He threw the takeover conspirators a wild curve that they were not expecting, as follows:

1. He allowed his copyrights to fall into the public domain.
2. He did not give them the Upper Bridge OT levels.

In HCOB 24 January 1977 Tech Correction Roundup – Ron states:

"For a number of years people have wondered when OT VIII would be released.

Well, to tell you the honest truth, OT VIII has been in existence all those several years, and to it has been added a very large number of OT grades. None of them have ever been issued. Notes for all of these grades are in existence.

If you get all tech straightened out and the orgs and flaps and emergencies off my lines… you will buy me those 3 months worth of time, so I will be able to afford the time to write up all these Advanced Levels I have researched."

Well, Ron never does write these OT levels up for the Church – because after he dies – Pat Broeker tries to use these research notes to put together an OT 8,9,10,11, etc. Broeker never completed this project because Miscavige ousted Broeker as part of a political purge. Ray Mithoff then tried using these research notes to put together an OT VIII that could be delivered, but all 3 versions he issued were a flop.

Now, if Ron did not give the taken over Church the Upper Bridge OT levels – where did he release them? According to Captain Bill Robertson, Ron gave him the OT levels by telepathic communications. Captain Bill then made these available through Rons Org.

Now, a telepathic communication is not the usual method of issue – such as an LRH HCOB or recorded tape lecture. That means that each one of us must make a decision for ourselves as to whether the Rons Org OT levels are from Ron or not.

My personal opinion on it is this – some of it was and some of it was not.

Assisting me in making my decision is a datum from the Anatomy of the Human Mind Course. In that course LRH says the mental mechanisms we talk about are not imaginary – they are so real that you can practically put your hand out and touch them.

So, I apply that datum and I look into my own mind to see if the mental phenomena presented by Captain Bill actually exists. So far, I have found that it does.

One thing I do know – the Global Enslavers took over the Church and Ron did not give those people ownership and control over his gift to mankind – the Bridge to freedom.

Ron made sure that the entire Bridge was out of their hands and we are free to use it.

Lastly, it would be nice if the story of Rons Org ended there – but it does not.

The Global Enslavers were not going to sit and watch the Church make free spiritual Beings, while they did nothing about it to prevent it. They acted to prevent it by taking over the Church and then sabotaging case gain by changing LRH issues.

The same idea applies to the practice of Scientology outside of the Church, commonly referred to as the "Freezone." The Freezone has been in existence for twenty years now, plenty of time for the Global Enslavers to infiltrate it with their agents – which they have done.

And what do we find happening with Rons Org today? The same thing as happened with the tech in the Church. After Captain Bill departed in 1991 – new off-source leaders took over Rons Org – and just like inside the Church - the new leaders have worked to sabotage case gain by changing Rons Org technical procedure given by Captain Bill.

Well, surprise, surprise!

But, do not fret – we have the answer to the Church and Rons Org problem.

At that website we will expose what has been done to sabotage case gain by changing LRH issues – and we will tell auditors of the world how to audit correctly, per the original LRH issues.
