Differences

Differences between Free Solo Processing and Standard Tech, if you have been trained in that.

Meter sensitivity setting: Adjust so the needle moves. If the Needle goes stuck then increase sensitivity setting enough to see reactions. Too low sensitivity may give the involved Entities the impression and Consideration nothing is happening and stick them harder. (The Meter Drill about Metabolism and Sensitivity Setting is not valid.)

Floating Needle (F/N): Not important in Free Solo Processing. If you are in contact with this stuff there won't be any F/Ns, and while it erases you will erase it so fast that there is no time for F/Ns in between each erasure. An F/N while you focus on a pressure area could be because you are not in sufficient contact with it. Get in contact. An F/N at session start and end is not necessary. Don't do any "rituals" (such as Rudiments etc. or High/Low TA handling) just do Solo.

TA position: Is not very important. It may be high (4.0-6.5), normal (2.0-3.5) or low (under 2.0). It may be most comfortable to have the TA in normal range when ending a session. Fine if it is. If not then don't mind. Low TA indicates overwhelm, it will come up sooner or later as you continue to do Free Solo Processing. High TA means you are in good contact with something heavy. That's fine. Just do Solo as usual.

Admin: Administration, writing down on paper what you are doing is not necessary in Free Solo Processing. Use your time for erasure not for writing. I suggest you use one sheet of paper with 8 columns:
Date, TA position, Time, Comments, Time, TA counter, TA position, EOS (End of Session). One line for each Solo Session only. So one sheet of paper, both sides, may last for 120 sessions or so.

OT3 and OT7 (NOTs): They work on small Entities. The question is if they work good enough. Many powerful Entities do not have the OT3 and OT7 problem and don't respond well to it, if at all. Free Solo Processing is a different method which hopefully can make OT1 to OT8 completely unnecessary. And reach much further. OT Levels are the property of Scientology.

Repair Lists: Confront what is, to erasure, should be the only repair needed. But you can of course use any repair list if you think it may help you. "Excalibur Revisited" by Filbert has some repair lists.

Entity and Cluster: This is easily an invalidating viewpoint for the Beings. Some even call them fleas. If you ask for Entities and Clusters you will surely get such Beings, only. If you go for Total Freedom, you have to confront that which prevents Total Freedom. Whatever it is. The good old rule: Never tell a person what is supposed to be there.

What erased comes back: I wouldn't bother to check for it to erase it again. Go for something bigger. If you can.

"Only run what reads on the Meter" (Fall): That gives you what you can confront. Endless. Get what you "can't" confront. Rising Needle.

Harmful acts: Overts and Withholds. A huge subject in certain organizations. Nice control subject. I wouldn't bother about it unless it directly interferes with Solo. Overts and Withholds are tiny locks on the real stuff. Get the real stuff and all natter (complains) will disappear. Pull his Overts and Withholds and his natter will stop for a short time, and then he will natter again about all the money he wasted on Overt/Withhold processing leaving his real case intact. Overts and Withholds are not possible where telepathy is in.

Entities or your own case: There is some discussion about if one should run ones own case or other Beings cases (blaming it all on other Beings, so to speak). I don't really see the problem. When you run your own case you also run other Beings cases, more or less. When you run other Beings you also run your own case, more or less. Personally I just run what is. With an open concept of allowing it to belong to whoever it belongs. Much of it could be co-creation, you and Beings counter-forcing each other at an unaware level. And finally. Can a Static have his own case? Lies within lies. The only things that are truly yours are your overts and withholds... (joke).

Havingness: Free Solo Processing can erase huge amounts of case when you get the feel of it. Sometimes it may feel like being stripped to nothing, an uncomfortable feeling. On Lower Levels one would then run a so-called Havingness Process to cure the empty feeling of nothingness, filling the vacuum. Fine on Lower Levels. In Free Solo lack of Havingness is a Consideration, just handle that. Of course a vacuum can disturb surrounding case. It may feel bad. Just erase it.

"A person doesn't know what is wrong with him:" That may be true in some organizations (we won't mention any names). Of course a person knows what is wrong with him. But a few protective screens are always good in order to live. Until one is ready for erasure.

Truth spoils the game: So therefore "it is not good to get too much truth" (I have even seen this idea in Freezone materials). Perfect idea to keep the trap secured forever. I don't think they have problems with games up there near Total Truth. Potential for infinite aesthetic games. And the few reports I have heard from people who experienced disconnection from the Physical Universe for a short time didn't mention anything about a "boring no game" existence, but about incredible peace and joy etc. So make your own judgment. Beware of false data that can stop you. You might check for: True? False? Implanted? And even if True reads on the Meter, it may show up to be false later.

Only Truth can bring erasure, so if you can't get erasure your ideas may be false. Adjust them towards Truth. Be a Problem Solver not a Problem Maker.
