Sources for more information on this subject. Much of it is good as background material. You don't need to believe in everything they write. Some (or a lot) of scepticism is always good. The Mind contains much false data that can mislead anyone. The best is probably to have no fixed opinion about these things. There is what there is. Until it isn't. Also called erasure.

"Excalibur Revisited, The Akashic Book of Truth" by Geoffrey C. Filbert, 1982.
His OT4 to 7 are not the NOTs type. It is quite long (792 pages, the original) and not all of it is useful (50% is criticism of Scientology. Deserved maybe but not too useful). Full details of Lower and Upper Levels, Scales etc. I haven't soloed any of Filberts stuff. Ralph Hilton did some of Filberts upper levels stuff, and said it was mainly a waste of time (either Ralph was not ready for it, or Filberts stuff doesn't work quite as good as he says). "Self Clearing" by the Pilot. Lower Levels and up. Gives good insight in Basics.
"Super Scio" by the Pilot. Advanced data.
The Pilots stuff seems okay for soloing lower levels. His advanced levels may be partially true or false, I don't know.
