Hi Everyone:

Here's some instructions on how to build an "Optimal Eeman Biocircuit". The Eeeman Biocircuit was invented by Leon Eeeman a World War I pilot in the Royal Flying Corps. Due to a severe back injury in 1915 flying accident, Eeman became insterested in hands on healing and energy work. Out of this experimentation came the invention of his Eeman Relaxation Circuit circa 1919. In 1922 he set up shop in London and continued his eccentric, but fruit bearing experiments and treatments.

His history and gobs of material on his and the Lindemann circuit can be found in "Biocircuits: Amazing New Tools for Energy Health" by Leslie Patten and Terry Patten (Former owners of Tools for Exploration aka Tools for Wellness). The book has lots of good details on these useful tools for clearing, energy work, and neuronautic exploration. Biocircuits make great stress busting tools too.

To make an Optimal Eeeman Biocircuit you'll require the following:
2-- 12 inch square pieces of copper sheeting. Keep them thin and flexible. Copper roofing shingles can be substituted. Where to purchase: Scrap metal yards often have sheets, roofing companies that work on old churches will sell you shingles, hardwear wholesalers, large home supply stores. Brass sheet works as well, but are less easy to locate. Have them cut into 12 inch squares.

(2) 4 foot insulated copper wire strands.

(1) 3 foot insulated copper wire strands.

Stereo copper wire works fine. You can buy this at Radio Shack and places like that. Hardwear stores carry copper wire but it's usually bundled tighter that stereo cable You can buy small spools of stereo wire at Radio Shack.

2-- 4 inch lengths of 1 inch or 3/4 inch copper pipe. These handles can be purchased from hardware supply places or cut for you in scrap on junk yards.

Some duct or electrical tape. (You can buy this anywhere)

You'll need access to a drill so you can punch holes in the pipes and copper sheets.

How to contruct:

Take each copper 12 inch square and drill a hole near two opposing corners of the squares. This hole should be large enough to run bare copper wire through and tie a knot. (I like knots better than rivets because rivets can stick you in the back when you're laying on them) (The hole should be no larger than a hole in a three hole punch for binders)...After you've drilled the two holes in opposing corners, you will now drill another hole near the very center of the perimeter of the square. This hole will connect this square to the other square via a 3 foot copper wire strand to the
other square. This midline copper strand will be aligned with your spine.

Drill a hole in each copper pipe handle. Now attach a 4 foot copper strand to this hole in the handle. Make this a bare copper knot. Cover any exposed copper wiring with electrical or duct tape. Connect a copper wire strand to the other pipe handle hole.

Now lay your copper plates on the floor or on a bed.
Place one copper square 3 feet above the other square. Take the upper square and have one of its holes so it is on the upper right hand side.

Now have the square below it have one of its holes on the lower left hand side. Attach a handle wire to the upper right hand hole. Attach a different handle wire to the lower left hand hole. The three foot copper wire should connect the two squares via the holes cut in the middle of the edge of the squares. Get all of this lined up before you do your attaching of the various wires.

A picture is worth a thousand words to be sure. I will now check the internet and see if I can find a url of a decent diagram or picture of the Eeman Optimal Circuit.

I'll run it though again:

3 wires

2 squares.

2 handles.

The squares are attached via a midline.

One handle is attached via a wire to the upper right hand hole on one square.

One handle is attached via a wire to the lower left hand hole on one square.

This is all done from a view of you looking down at your handiwork.

Now you can lay upon the two squares. One is located on your spine toward the base of your neck. The other square is placed near your tailbone. A wire should be running from one square to the other along your spine.

You gently grip one handle in your left hand and one in your right. Your left hand should be connected to the upper square (below neck). Your right hand should be connected to the lower square(near tail bone).

Feel free to ask further questions. It's difficult to describe this without visuals, but we can do it.

Also if you have a simple drawing program, you can rough sketch what you're about to do with the wires, squares, and handles and I'll provide feedback.

The Biocircuit book provides excellent pictures.

P.S. put some narrow tape around the edges of your squares so you won't get pinched or scratched.

I'll try to get back with that url before the night's over.

ADDITION (from the later post)

Picture from http://altered-states.net/bio/bio.htm There are 3 human figures. The one in the middle is your baby. The Lindemann beside it is also a good circuit.

1.Eeman general - Relaxation
2.Eeman Optimal - Relaxation Circuit
3.Lindemann Centrally-Symmetrical Circuit

Don't settle for anything less than 12 inch squares. If I can come up with a better pic I will. There's some really good pics in the Biocircuit book I mentioned in an earlier post.

Have fun. If you're somewhat boggled by the description, ask here before you drill anything.

If you happen to make your biocircuit tonight, then do the following: Cross your left ankle over your right. Allow yourself to relax anyway you know. Close your eyes and do any tech you would enjoy doing. Or simply lay there relaxing. Before long you will begin to feel energy moving through different parts of your body. Where there are any blockages you'll experience twitches and tics. This will all self correct over the next 20 to 30 minutes. Don't stay in them past 30 minutes because you'll begin to grow tense and restless as your qi starts to recycle in another direction.
