1) (Medulla Un-Hold) Firmly press two fingers into the indent below your nose and above your lip. Take the palm of the remaining hand and place it across the occipital ridge on the lower back of your head. This ridge is that mound like projection. Hold this position for about two minutes. Use it only once at the start of this process.
2)Bring your attention to your problem (Emotion, belief, physical sensation). Just THINK about it--this is all that is required. Unlike other clearing methods, there is no need to deeply feel it. When you have a good handle on the thought or when you begin to feel distress, go to the next step.
3)Rate the distress with a SUD scale (statistical units of distress). Rate your distress from 1 to 10 with 1 being nothing happening and 10 being overwhelming. You don't have to be terribly accurate--you just want to have rough idea about how your clearing is progressing.
4)Do circular breathing during the entire duration of the Vortex Beta. Circular Breathing connects the inhale with the exhale in a slow and comfortable fashion. The exhale is relaxed with no control at all. If the inhale comes via the nose then the exhale should also exit the nose. If you inhale through the mouth then the inhale must travel out the mouth. Exhale and inhale need not be the same duration. Don't stop at the top of the breath or at the bottom. Breathing is one continuous loop.
Circular breathing balances the body's subtle energy systems and breeds acceptance and emotional integration. If the problem is severe trauma or panic--do your circular breathing very slowly and comfortably.
5)Place your tongue comfortably against the roof of your mouth and cross your left ankle over your right. This increases energy flow.
6) Gently tap the Crown Chakra 7 times with your palm and state:"I erase all of my (Name your problem) throughout my body and my being." The Crown Chakra is a point at the very center of the top of the head.
7) Gently tap the "Third Eye Chakra" 7 times with your palm and say: "I erase all of my problem's down feelings throughout my body and my being." The Third Eye Chakra is located at a point a half inch up from a point directly between the eyes.
8) Gently tap on the Throat Chakra 7 times with your palm and say: I erase all of my problem's unexpressed needs throughout my body and my being" The Throat Chakra is located on the throat area of your neck.
9) Gently tap 7 times on the Heart Chakra with your palm and say:"I erase all of my problem's trauma throughout my body and my being." The Heart Chakra is located in the center of your chest about 5 inches above an invisible line between your nipples.
10) Gently tap on your Solar Plexus Chakra 7 times with your palm and say: "I erase all of my problem's powerlessness and fear throughout my body and my being." The Solar Plexus Chakra is located between your belly button and the bottom of your rib cage.
11) Gently tap on the Womb Chakra 7 times and say: "I erase all of my problem's anger and pain throughout my body and my being." The Womb Chakra is located between the belly button and the pelvic bone.
12) Gently tap the Root Chakra 7 times and say: "I erase all of my problem's insecurity throughout my being and my body." The Root Chakra is located in the genital area below the navel and near the pelvic bone. (Remember all the Chakras reside in a straight line along the central meridian--this is the body's center line).
13) Rate any remaining distress with the SUD scale. Stop if you are at one. You may notice if you are working with emotions you may have completed this task with an opposite feeling and a change in perspective. Don't stop until you get down to one and the emotional charge, etc. is cleared. Repeat the process if you are not at one on the SUD scale. Often you will encounter multiple aspects of the problem and they will have to be cleared. Repeat the entire process without the Medulla-Un Hold. Some problems will be cleared quickly and others will require a bit more tapping. When you're done always cap this exercise by gently tapping 20 times on the webbing between your thumb and next finger. Say I forgive everyone, the universe, and myself for this problem. Say it with intent and conviction.
TIPS ON VORTEX BETA
*Know where all your chakras are located before you start.
*Practice doing all the procedures together before you turn it lose on a target.
*Never hold your breath during the exercise.
*When you have cleared a problem you will feel strong acceptance and relaxation. Your perspective will have changed. Emotions flip over into their opposites. Anger becomes acceptance. Anxiety transforms into calmness.
*Frequently after several clears or a major problem is cut through, you will experience your essence or a core state. You will have a great sense of being whole and feeling a part of the energy around you.
*Target any feelings at the beginning if you feel you're somehow different and won't profit from energy work.
*Have fun and avoid forcing your feelings away. Pushing to make the Vortex work may slow your progress.
