command." You move one hand by holding the wrist while holding the other
so as to get the response.

If process A produces no change after being run for several sessions,
process B should then be used.
B. "Reach (for, to) that _____"
And move his hand to the object.
Wait for a response.
"Thank you."
"Withdraw from that ____"
And move his hand away from the object.
Wait for a response.
"Thank you."
You can also tell the person "Press my hand twice for 'yes',
once for 'no' and get through to them by asking questions and
getting 'yes' and 'no' hand responses.
