"Perceiving the environment
without filtering by and
without distortion by one's body.
Thinking and acting
without being distracted or influenced
by one's body or its energies.
Being oneself free from being bothered by or having to respond to
- unless one does so desires -
the pressures and emotions
and sensations and sounds and sensory messages
that are continuously produced by or via one's own body
as one's body responds
to the environment, to itself, to other bodies, and
to spirits (including of course you, the owner of the body)."
(Actually achieved by me, in about 1972, this lifetime,
by, for two hours,
making my body sit still
and looking at another person
and holding my own Anchorpoints(*) still.)

A State of Free Spirit
"Knowingly creating and perceiving one's own
spiritual energy particles and Anchorpoints(*) around oneself,
without letting these particles
unknowingly be determined or changed or stopped
by the spiritual energy of others,
and without letting one's spiritual perception
be distorted or stopped
by others.
One perceives the spiritual universe of others, or parts thereof,
by creating spiritual energy to perceive with.
One's creation of one's own spiritual energy is that strong,
that one perceives, and may decide to uncreate,
any unwanted or destructive spiritual energy-particles
thrown by others towards oneself or others."

to some spiritual criminal who pretends to be the greatest of all.)

A State of Free Matter
"Creating one's own (perception-)Anchorpoints(*)
independent from the location of matter,
that is
without being compelled or forced or determined
by physical matter (including the physical particles called light)
to decide from which point one should perceive physical matter;
to perceive physical matter
by one's own, knowingly chosen Anchorpoints(*)
and not determined necessarily
by the imposition of the boundaries of physical matter
(boundaries such as created by objects, surfaces,
walls, the ground, etc.)."
(Not experienced by me this lifetime,
but deduced, extrapolated,
and apparently achieved and reported by others
in their present lifetime.)

without you, most extensively, addressing and having addressed
AND CONTINUING TO ADDRESS FOR ALL TIME TO COME,
spiritual criminal minds
and
their tools, motives, intentions, tricks, their Admiration

their past and present actions.

I achieved the STATE OF FREE BODY within two hours,
and it lasted for many months,
until I ran into the effects of
the hidden and entirely not-understood acts
of a severe spiritual criminal (the being L. Ron Hubbard).
I achieved the STATE OF FREE SPIRIT within a time of some twenty minutes,
and it lasted about for over a year with some fluctuations,
until it broke down considerably
under the onslaught of
covert, secret, always treacherous,
concerted and concentrated, extensively documented
attacks by a large group
of mainly unconvicted, but most severe spiritual criminals
(headed by and openly working for L. Ron Hubbard)
who could not easily touch me directly
but who could and did make my friends attack me
(destroy, stop, invalidate and prevent
my communication to them and from them).
