CoIX has learned that they cannot infringe upon the constitutional rights of individua1s1 and
         that they cannot own a philosophy - only copyrights.
         
           While 1 appreciate the help 1 have received from many people on this une, ­f necessary5 l
         will complete these cycles on my own, as after ah, they are part of my decision before any of
         you were on the ­mes... indeed, before the unes even existed.
         
         
         
           Another of my hats has been as copyright agent for CBR, and as he developed the
         different leveis, he would send or bring me the materjais to copyr­ght for h­m, as weII 85
         leave me w­th a copy of the matenais for my safekeeping - and he even enfranchised me to
         be able to distribute these materjais in his absence, ­f it were necessary, and to maintain the
         Tech "Free" and out of anyone's monopoly. This is an HCO action as well.
         
           As well, he CiSed me and trained me on ah these leveis.
         
           Now, Maria is the copyright owner, and she l believe will be 5ee­ng that ethics ­5 kept in
         on distribution. She ­5 the designated person to copy and distribdte the materjals. 1 have no
         bones about this, and know Maria to be thorough and effect­ve. 1 am CBR's securit~
         on this matter.
         
         
         
           Another matter that ­ heard some talk about ­5 concerning a guy called Bob Thomas.
         Now1 this guy was the subject of a GP declare, wh­ch has nothing to do with the FZ1 the
         Ron's orgs or w­th the OTC.                            -
         
           l met Bob around 8 years or so ago, in Mallorca - was introdi~iced to him by a fr­end, and
         have had sorne contact w­th him off and on over the years. CBR knew about this contact
         very welI, and while he had some personal differences with Bob, he had no problems with
         this.
         
           Bob Thomas was at one time the head of the Guardian's Offic,e in the United States in
         the 7Ots. During the years of attacks which CBR and 1 were receiving from the CoIX, Bob
         helped actively and was instrumental in my obtaining testimony from ex-executives of the
         CoIX as well as having given me much help in understanding the tactics and di~ tricks
         used by the GO - OSA.
         
           CBR was informed about this, and it was as well his consideratiqn that Bob was applying
         the ethics formu la. It ­5 unfortunate that this took place years later,.when CBR was work­ng
         on the tech and not on GP matters, and that he never wrote up an~hing which lifted the
         original declare.
         
           Bob ­5 not at al¡ interested in the FZ, in my knowledge, and has ~p'ent the last years l­ke
         many other INDEPENDENTS, writing up his own version of the tech; which he cal¡s
         Holosophy. He ­5 now in his 601s, and although he would disapprove of my say­ng so, ­5
         really no danger to anyone in the FZ.

           While Bob has helped me and has in this way shown himself not,to be an enemy1 this is a
         far cry to saying that he is acceptable to the FZ. Again, 1 must stress to you that these are
