So, 1 guess what ­ am trying to say ­5 that the who­e idea of the FZ was that a "TOP
                 HONCHO" or a "FI GUREHEAD" shou­dn't be needed for the creation to contjnue to have
                 ­­fe. ­ never wanted to be a "Figurehead". And so 1 think that ­ have ended cyc­e on that part
                 of the postulated alternative which began 10 years ago or so.
         
                   This doesn't mean that ­ don't intend to participate or to continue in the hat. It means that
                 you don't need me to have meetings. ­ have ful¡ confidence that you will decide what is right,
                 and that you wiII see that the FZ continues on, in your decisions and handlings. ­f there is
                 anything 1 can contribute, ­ am right here though.
         
                   You see, ­ didn't get into this for the social ~ ... 1 wanted to create a valuable product.
                 Just as CBR wanted to do this with the tech, ­ wanted to do this with the alternative. Most of
                 rest is really up to you guys now.
         
                   ­ believe that as time goes on, the FZ wi­l see the need for better admin, and Wi­­ percieve
                 that the OTC ­5 the HCO - and it ­5 true that HCO PUTS THE ORG THERE. That's the hat 1
                 have been wearing in the OTC.

                   Another hat 1 have been wearing is the one which ­ mentioned which started out with
                 attempting to exercise our constitutional rights to spiritual belief, when CBR and 1 attempted
                 the incorporation of the Universal Church of Scientology in 1983.
         
                   Th­s met with immediate attacks from the Cof)( - in only one year, according to a
                 notarized document written by an ex-CO of the Madrid Org, they spent somewhere in the
                 area of 10 million pesetas (about $1 00,000) on private detectives to get me put in jail.
         
                   In 1988 1 was attacked by an "ex"-member of the CoIX, along with the abovementioned
                 ex-CO and another person, in what the state attorney considers to be an attempted
                 homicide, and this case wiII probably be coming up within the next~ear.
         
                   You have to realize that legal cycles aren't ­ike most other cycles - their completion
                 depends on the justice system where they are taking place. In Spain, the judicial calendars
                 are backed up YEARS - so a cycle which should take maybe a few months or a year, can
            e    take many years to come to court. Unfortunate­y, this is how it ­5. And these cycles have to
                 be completed.
         
                   l can't go deeply into these cases - this one, or the one which still exists against the CoIX,
                 et.al. because they are still OPERATIONAL, and since CBR leff us, there ­5 no-one else in
                 the FZ who knows rea ­­y about them - and most of the data on this can't be released.
         
                   But these people are still awaiting trial, the one-time Presidento of the Cof)( of Spain has
                 been under mandate for these past years not to leave the country, Heber Jentzch ­5 out on
                 almost $1,000,000 bail, expected to return when the case comes to trial, etc.
         
                   Continuing these cases or not, ­5 not within my power of choice. They are cycles of action
                 which 1 promised CBR to handle, they are part and parcel with my postulates of the right of
                 al¡ beings to believe and to act according to these beliefs - and this freedom must be fought
                 for in order for it to exist.
         
                   May sound "O¡d Hat" or whatever, but this ­5 how 1 believe. ­ believe as wel­ that the
                 reason that the FZ has incurred little harrassment since these cycles were started ­5 that the
