.Super Static is a Super Clear State. One sees U3 as a U2 (S). One knows all the grades and varieties of qns and is in ARC-KRC - Understanding and Power with them.
The State was reached by an as-is-ing of the 1st & 2nd Postulates which created the Ring Archives and Conditions.
For the Super Clear his Auditing is no longer on a via thru U3. It is direct and is LIFE & LIVINGNESS as he chooses.
He has his body optimized and assisting in the Clearing Procedure if he chose to use a CVP (Central Viewpoint) and help end off the Ring Game by using the Tech of the Game of Games.
He does actions that will orient (Super OT 1) and break the composite of -(S) and S U2 (Xenu and the Other Ring Game qns) (Super OT 2)
He specifically handles other U1s to the same state (Super OT 3).
The Harmonics of the Lower OT levels are seen in their perspective - repeated on a much grander, Universal Static level.
The Game from the 1st Postulate was (S) vs. -(S) and since -(S) was a
Composite it was (S), vs. S.
Now it's proved that
(S)n > S -(S)
Or that a being is greater than anything he, or he and others, can create.
That is the improved Quality. This was not known in "(S)State Comparison" prior to the Ring Archives. It is now the Single Datum at the Top of the Cone of K.
So any MOCO who was Created after Original 1st & 2nd Postulates partook of some of the abilities of a qn, but also some of the disabilities.
A MOCO was created with limited or clone ability but was not the "Creator." But the not-know of the Creator on his own Quality & Value (greater than Sn -(S) or Sn ¢ or Sn q) also was a not-know of any MOCO he created.
So as they were created thru the Ring Cycles, they acted as a continual assertion or creation of the not-know of -S. It thus expanded an OT's unawareness of his Power.
More recent MOCOs had more not-is of Power, because their creator had more at that point on the dwindling spiral.
So MOCOs became progressively "weaker" if created on later rings. So this explains why some don't want to "return to their Moment of Creation" and rejoin their Creator - he's too aberrated!
They can be given another option: Instead of just "go free" or "return to (S)state & wait" - they can "opt" or choose to learn the Tech and start digging out their Creators!
(Sort of like a faithful dog pulling his master out of the water when he is drowning.)
They can still of course choose to be free after their "Mission".
