Sometimes a MOCO was given the order to create sub-MOCO particles to help alter-is a ¢ (Creation). The Big qn then created a MOCO to create MOCOs to create forms or particles. So far, I have found "4-via-MOCOs" in MEST. (M4) In other words it went so far as to have "a via of a via of a via of a via" to help make the persist and be unmockable.
In the case there may be "vias of vias" on the ¢ or in the C/O Cycle RD, then after the normal blows by "Return to MOC or go free - or return to static or help me". - Then ask for "Created to help create a creation?" or "Created by a MOCO?" or "Created on a VIA?" or "Created to make sub-particles of a Creation?" If it reads, and blows start, just keep intending "Return to your Moment of Creation or go Free!" and the Admin Why of "Created to help another create." or "Created on a VIA to help create."
They all free easily and are very responsive to the HELP Button.
This of course is the final handling after the responsive or unresponsive MOCOs have been audited on Steps 1 - 10 with 6 Ruds & 6 Ruds LD or PrPrs 4, 5, 6 - and after Step 9 (Blow) and 10 (Can't Blow). They feel like little "bubbles" stuck on or in the body after the "Body Org" has audited them (in later optimizing sessions after C/O Cycle RD).

The reason they don't blow on just "MOC or free" is they were only given the ability to help create so need this extra bit of truth to as-is their ¢ and go free on the Admin Why duplication.
