It is important to identify the ownership of a MOCO, as in this day and age of Black NOTs some beings may be given a false datum such as "Go stick to that person - you belong to him!" The Black NOTser (amateur implanters) don't free beings or get them back to their basic incidents, they just try to force them by intention to "go stick to "someone else" or "restim that person's illness/injury".
In life, if you find beings piling up around you especially after being in contact with a Black NOTser or "irresponsible case", you simply check over the "Blow & Can't Blow" Steps - i.e., the Incidents they could be stuck in from II ® I ® Pre I ® E/U. or if they are a MOCO. If on the MOCO command "MOC or Free" they seem hesitant or just stay there check:
"Has someone told you that you belong to me?"
"You've been told you are mine but actually belong to another?"
The "lie" usually comes off at this point. You can even R-factor them that "freedom & as-isness (vanishment of the mechanical conditions of existence) occur only with exact time, place, form, event, and ownership - i.e. truth".
Then repeat the command: "Return to your moment of creation or go free!" (MOC).
Realize also that Black Notsers do not know the difference between MOCOs & Big qns so the "cast-off" beings from their cases are always confused and misaudited.
