Xenu was an (S)qn who decided not to play the RAGS & PLAYING FIELD GAME by the AGREEMENT but to steal the "pot" (-(S) Existence Clones), hide them, and by staying exactly as he was (no improvement + no case gain + no QQV increase) come out on TOP of all qns. So all he had to do once the 2nd Postulate (EXPERIENCE EXISTENCE) on Conditions was agreed by the Players - was to keep them SUPPRESSED BELOW HIS LEVEL.
The rest is history. He used -(S) composite against +(S) s, he got them to make his "own" U0 "Planet" to hide the RAG Mockups in and later (in this GUM) put the Pre-I Experiments Stations on it and hid it in Andromeda. It looks like a real planet (going around a real sun) but is invisible to MEST eyes because it's made of U0 MOCOs - and it is HOLLOW and contains the stolen RAG mockups - of the (S)qns who were influenced by him to put them in his "care." (The first "banker".)
Not all (S)qns (& -(S)) were totally influenced by him and these became the "Good guys" who he tried the most to SUPPRESS. So that was the other game going on since the beginning of RAGs.
On the "Game of Games" OT levels EVERYONE WINS - BOTH GAMES.
Xenu's game was WINNER TAKES ALL (and he started off believing he was the WINNER - FOREVER.) (A no-game for others.)
I found the above - ran the hollow U0 planet and it disintegrated and the RAG mockups came out and returned to their Creators. OT 34 - 40 is very powerful.
