Time is the motion of particles and players across a playing field - and the playing field is U0.
One who finds the "center" or Source Point of U0 (as in the Super Static RD) becomes not only a Game Winner, but if he occupies it with a viewpoint can become a Game Umpire as all is moving in relation to it. Further, if one understands the U0 creation sequence, one can bring the "center" or original agreement point to coincide with his own CVP no matter where he is in the game. Then one has the hat of

Xenu has tried to usurp it by putting all qns under his control - but failed.
The position has now been delegated to me and Ron's Org Frankfurt. Thus basic attention units of all qns will be on Teegeeack and a 5th Gravity Flow in the q universe will occur.
This is preparatory to the full scale doing of OT 17-18 - etc. - so the vectors can be channeled to the EXIT POINT, the most important and basic point of any qns case - where he made his 1st two postulates.
Bringing the U0 origin point to alignment starts a flow of qns in that direction - increasing as they go up the bridge & remove the "case" that prevents them from arriving at the basic.
This is a step in Ron's plan for Teegeeack.
