This was the exact order it was finally agreed-upon in the "before-the beginning" sort-out of the Rags. I found to my surprise that I had "kept this vital data" all the way thru the RAGS by a "MOCO-memory correspondence" (a set of MOCOs who responded to the numbers of the above combination - like a Chinese ABACUS!).
(Where I have written a circle around a number in the above it means there were that many MOCOs there holding the key numbers for me thru out the game - of course when only telepathy is used and there is no MEST or paper to "do your Admin" on, then MOCOs can serve or help to retain complex data in a set-theory fashion)
They went free as I counted off and thanked them for helping. I gave them "MOC or Free" choice.
Technically, they would not come up on OT 16 or SS RD as they existed to help me prior to the RAGS and 1st 2 postulates.
Did we, as Super Statics, use "ABACUS qns" or "BB MOCOs" (Before the Beginning) to do any more "Memory" functions? These should be handled as they come up on OT 40.
(Note: The first "Verif" Memory (77) came up exactly 77 days after completion OT 16 - SS RD)
