To Evaluate & Compute my position in the RAGS, Sequential & Subject Files were needed. These were made as part of the GAME PLAN (for me) (and by me) prior to the 1st 2 Postulates during the Agreements.
There were to be 12 Dynamics. There were to be 9999 Rings and the last one played twice to end on the 10,000th. There were to be 24 CCCs to a Ring and 24 GUMS to a CCC.
An array of ABACUS qns (or BB MOCOs were created to keep a reference index of Dynamics and Rings.
The Ring "Counters" were in an array of 100 x 100.

Xenu's "famous" 666 number refers to his "hiding place" in the RAGs from which he telepathically broadcasts his "orders" to his "org".
It's Ring 6,

By promoting this number and keeping qns from realizing about the RAGS, he triggered a basic in their pre-postulate "computer" which put their attention on Ring 6, CCC 6, GUM 6 where Xenu had laid in the first of his general false datums about the GAMES & him being GOD, etc. All his later "speeches" giving 1.1 data - bit of truth + lots of twists and lies - are based on his Telepathic PR in 666.
So, to prepare for the Games, qns had "Dynamics" as a "file category" and Ring, CCC, and GUM "location references". To complete the Administrative job, a "sequential history", or "track record" had to be created. This was done by making a MOCO called a "CURSOR qn" who created storage "bits" of all he perceived - but never added or detracted from any information himself
The cursor qns is a passive reflection, of the +(S) of the Player, who "slides" along in U0 corresponding exactly to the Player, and records "all" (time place form event) on his created MOCOs of what the player is doing. He is the "file clerk" of Dianetics or the "track dates" of Scn.
So, armed with these Administrative Weapons, the Player then did the first two Postulates, creating the "Playing Field & RAGS" or U0, then his own BEINGNESS for the GAME.
Postulate 1 = Existence = U0 = -(S)
Postulate 2 = Conditions = U1 = +(S)
This is the real "GODS" computer made "before the beginning" to prepare for the RAGS!
Each Big qn or Super Static (after OT 16) has one of these. When it is run out by auditing the MOCOs, created to be in it and provide the information for the Big qn to evaluate, one gets all the important data he needs and can then free the MOCOs from their duty to Return to MOC, go free, or help newly in a new unit of time. This is the ADMIN AS-IS-NESS of the possibility of re-creating the RAGS (The TECH AS-IS-NESS of the RAGS occurred on OT 16 SSRD.)
