At lower levels EXT is an EP for a process, but is not on the Bridge as a Major Case Action.When it occurs, it must be validated because it is an expansion of V.P.
A lower level EXT is a VP "seeing" or "being" in U3 knowing he is not U3. (or a body, etc.).
The qn can still have others in his valence or go ext. and bring "mass" with him in his U-1. Ref: Class VIII tapes.
At higher levels, SN and above - (OT 8 - 16) - the phenomenon of ext. may be a Static KO - from U3, from GUMS, CCCs, RINGS, or RAGS. The U1 is now bigger than U3 or the GUM, CCC, RING, or RAG. In fact U3 becomes only U2 when U1 is exterior to it.
It stays that way after the OT has run out his ¢s & MOCOs, Clones, etc. sticking his attention on U3 & U2. (STABILIZES)
Deciding to play the New Game and do the C/O Cycle on the body, one reconnects with U2 to that degree, but gets it organized to audit and free others in U3 & U2.
When the U0 MOCOs (Game Agreement & Playing Field) are handled, there is a further exteriorization from the pre-RAGS agreements by handling U-1, U-2, and U-3, which tied one into other S(S)qs universes "way back then" by way of MOCO VIAS & COPY MOCOS
