Down at the Bottom of the Security MOCO's via's secret data MOCO's & sub-MOCOs in
the NOT-IS, NEVER-WAS, INVISIBLE, CAN'T BE, pre-RAG CASE is a tiny BLACK THREAD - LIKE
CONNECTION TO ANOTHER'S Security MOCO section. These MOCOs awake and run out from
small to large and then there are 8 to 12 Black Static qns at
the top before you find that person's SECURITY MOCO - who is a Clone of XENU. And he first
appears as a tiny frightened qn who blows on "MOC or
FREE!" Then you realize he is being "all around" as a shell and
says he is "EE's Security MOCO." And his name is "
sm" (
sm) "Xenu". He is one
of many and there is one on each player's case attached to the player's SECURITY MOCO from
the lower SECRET SUB-MOCO SIDE. He says he was created by EE with the Qualities that EE
didn't have which are all the negative ones of dishonesty, out-tech, false data, betrayal,
and anti-life, anti-q, anti-expansion. He then disappears on "MOC
or free".
Created to teach a lesson? To help qns know the positive side by comparing to the negative. To vector qns toward EE & freedom as a rejection of X's anti-q?
These are the plausible ADMIN WHYS for a being such as Xenu to use to edge himself in to the game by deriving POWER from the GAME MAKER by pretending to be working for him. But, since he and his implanting were not part of the agreements for the RAGS - they must have been part of the "disagreements" or rejected agreements proposed. And the proposer of those was the Static qn we know as Xenu. No one agreed with him openly, but all had a SECRET side to hide RULE VIOLATIONS from the other players. So Xenu used this "connection" to influence the players via their pre-RAG prime MOCO of SECURITY. And the Black Static Tech was his last attempt to impose his rejected pre-game agreements on all others - to "TEACH THEM A LESSON". He tried to make himself and this purpose into a sort of 13th Dynamic.
Since the purpose of the RAGS was to teach qns the lesson of improvement of quality & viability and to expand rather than contract, he could covertly get "agreement" on the "Teach them a lesson" idea - but the not-said part was totally opposite! - reduction of quality & viability and contraction rather than expansion!
