The One who created sub-MOCOs for copying each other player in the game. Of course every other played did the same.

Theirs on you will blow first on "MOC or Free! The game is over!" (Of course you must locate exactly "Others Pre-RAG copy MOCOs on me" first).

Then yours on them - but you will find them harder to blow or return to you - Why? Very simple. They were created with the postulate to "Follow & copy that player to the finish or end of the Game".

And of course, the game isn't over for those other players yet - just for the ones who have made it to OT 16!

So you indicate to your #3 MOCO that it is the Admin Why for their creation but is not needed now as you (& I) have finished the RAGS and are beginning a new game of Expansion.

This set of Copy MOCOs under the Principal MOCO #3 is the basis for the "Social Valence" or "Mind".

The Principals MOCOS

So: First MOCO (Copy of Self) = Basis for Analytical Mind.
Second MOCO (Security MOCO) = Basis for Reactive Mind
Third MOCO (Copy Others MOCO) = Basis for Social Mind
Fourth MOCO (RAGS & Playing Field) = Basis for MEST

Again we find Ron was way ahead on applying these data. Look at policy on Execs & Org Boards:
