I received your letter and the “button list”. That is very handy and I appreciate it. There are over 30 people on or finished “Excalibur” (Super 7) and it makes a great change in their cases and cause level.
You have probably received my notes on the “in-between” areas for people who run out of “thoughts” which when used as a “stack” wording don’t get any more “plugs”. I am calling this area – (because they can’t quite get the “in-ruds on the whole track” attitude which is necessary to audit the NEXT level – “The Phoenix” as it has been named) – I am calling it OT Life Repair or OTLR. It’s a list of areas maybe not handled in lower level auditing. Some, one, or all, could apply. We only charge for the C/Sing time if they do it solo. Each area needs a separate C/S.
The person is either 2WCed for interest and reads in a DofP on the list of in-between areas or does it solo, depending on his skill and choice of preference.

I realized it was needed, because when I put some Excalibur completions on The Phoenix, some couldn’t quite get it going right – they had their OWN out rud’s or attitude, or ran into single beings they hadn’t seen or telepathed for a long time, or started a whole series of itsa’s on their past connections to people they know in this life time – family, 2D, 3D, etc. – or just didn’t feel like freeing up a lot of other thetans because their own “concerns”, worries, etc.
It suddenly became real to me after puzzling over one of these folders to get a line into what was up – that there were several areas I had run completely which gave me the freedom and willingness and attitude to free completely all the beings I had ever affected with my postulates and intentions.

These areas are listed in the following order of importance:
OTLR 1.) What was the person doing 75 Million years ago?
OTLR 2.) Did he run his own Inc. I?
OTLR 3.) Did he fully get off the charge of the Coltus implants, as these are full of third party on EE (LRH) and Loyal Officers and full of praise for Xenu and his “Loyal Officers” – i.e. implanters. And “Coltus” is a planet of the North Star (Polaris) which is in the Markabian Confederacy – and it is still being used as an implant monitor station for Markab and relay to Earth (although we have wrecked most of their jelly bean thetan computers and storage areas by running pre-I and freeing the thetans and their monitors and operators).
Even if a person wasn’t taken to Coltus at time of inc II or later, there were plugs made up on Coltus to be “sent” after certain individuals known to be working on the Teegeeack salvage project now, or to have been loyal to Rawl or the LO’s Council back then. So this is approached by the question:
1). Thetans with Coltus in restim? (After an R-factor as above is telepathed into the area of the persons “case”
2). Then it’s run just like a plug to FTA.
3). This C/S can be done over and over till “Coltus in restim?” doesn’t read, even on “supp?”, or just F/Ns.
OTLR 4.) Plugs not on the persons case but on an old friend (or enemy) in 2D or 3D whom he knows in this life time. The connection of course is by a 2 or 3 (or more) way monitor and stirs up the persons next level (Super Scientology for OTs) case or throws his ruds out by “thoughts” from the other person. Also the monitors can “feed” pre-I jelly beans over the telepathic connection and direct them into the persons body or give him a “headache”.
1) The way to approach this is to find who the person keeps “thinking about” or who “is thinking about him”.
2) On best reads and most interest, ask “thetans connected between (terminal) and you?” (or “me” if solo auditor).
3) Get read, locate, and run it as a plug. Most of it will probably be on the other persons case. Pre-OT only needs to run what is connected to him and any holders all the way up to the top of the “org board”. (If it has to include the other persons part of the plug, fine – go ahead and run it – the other person will get a case change too).
4) Some of these multi-monitor plugs connect a pre-OT up with his family or with old friends in the church or life – don’t be surprised at anything. Just accept the pre-OTs data and free all the beings in the plug.
5) The occasional “sudden headache” through “Black NOTs” or one of these monitor lines can be totally handled by a “pre-I assists” any time, any place, by a Super 7 completion.
Assist:
Just intend into the area of pressure: “Pre-I experiments – 4-7 to 10 Quadrillion years ago – get your individual experiment where you were made into what you are – then spin-drier electrosphere – hoover – capture from earlier universe – who? – me! – ack.” (You may have to wake them up first with Hello/OKs (Tone 40). (Also “I am not holding you – no one can” – rights of a thetan, etc. as needed at the end.
This blows the occasional sudden “headache” in a few seconds or minutes if kept up as a “group auditing assembly line process”.
(By the way, this proves the church doesn’t have the SN tech – because they can’t handle a pre-I cluster. They just “intend them” or “thetan hand” them onto someone else!)
OTLR 5.) This is to handle bits and pieces of the pre-OTs plugs that have “migrated” to others or another, etc. on all the flows – through 2D intense emotional relations, fights, birth, death, etc. This is described in the Tech Briefing # 7, side B. If the pre-OT confronts the “all flows cleanup” as a triangle of 2 way flows:

and spots “bits and pieces” of plug? or “BTs & clusters” that have “migrated” on the flows – he will soon find his attention drawn to those terminals who have them and he can then run them SN style, spot any more on another, run them, any more back to me, run them, etc. And also “others to him”, and “another to him”, same way. He will get faster and faster and end up in a big F/TA and feeling “peacefulness” (no out-ruds BT/CIs) between them and the others.
OTLR 6.) The SN Int R/D – this is also described on side B of Tech Briefing # 7. Pre-OT extends his sphere of perception outward, until he hits a BT/CI unblown or partially blown and frees the thetans, then further and further out till he has his sphere of awareness encompassing the MEST universe (or his own universe conception of the full extent of “physical space”). All unblown BT/Cls to that point will be handled and he will get a F/TA and “very clean space” feeling. (Remember to go down ward through the planet too).
OTLR 7.) Old friends in the theta universe, incomplete comm and game cycles from his past track or E/U game.
1.) Ask for any “incomplete cycles with thetans?”
2.) Handle any out ruds (6 ruds + LD ruds) or any BT/Cls that have blocked comm. Complete all cycle with tech in.
3.) Handle one cycle with a friend or friends per session until no more attention on the subject or question just F/Ns.
OTLR 8.) If not ready for Super Scientology (The Phoenix) by this time, check for physical or drugs unhandled – do as needed:
* Purif
* SN DRD (on Plugs), or
* Touch Assists plus unhandled genetic line plugs, or
* pieces of plugs in body till handled.
Probably best by auditing, not solo.
These are the OTLR points which could prevent an OT from having the confront and extroverted attention needed for Super Scn auditing.
