The Important thing in OT 13 is Locate.
In OT 12 it was Create.
In OT 12 all the Creations (¢) found had a location from the CVP of the OT. In other words, he was still holding, carrying, or keeping these no matter where he ”went.” (Through time, location, interior, exterior, U3, U1, U2).
On OT 13, the big lie appears on the “IS-NESS of U3.” There of course is NO U3; it’s all U2 & U1. U3 is the mutual agreement of U1 & U2 (not mutual incident). And this agreement came about by a NOT-IS & MISOWNERSHIP.
The MISOWNERSHIP is blown off on pre Static LR (Life Repair) on handling the Game of Gods. After that U3 is the remaining case of the OT.
(BE) A U1 “in” U2 is OUT OF VALENCE (MIS “CREATED” or MIS DATED)
(HAVE) A U1 “in” U3 is MISOWNERSHIP (MIS-LOCATED)
A U1 “in” U2 is UNABLE TO CREATE (OR AS-IS)
A U1 “in” U3 IS UNABLE TO LOCATE (or RE-LOCATE)
“DOINGNESS” REMAINS “FREE” ALL THE WAY DOWN TO “DECIDING” NOT TO DO).
When the OT discarded or “dumped” his Creations, he had to NOT-IS them and the space they were in, and the VIAS they were created on. This cumulative NOT-IS from U1 and U2 became U3.
So the approach on OT 13 is to know the above, take responsibility for having done it, and control the action of “handling” by auditing cycles and final AS-ISNESS.
When one “travels” in the MEST U (U3), he is continually IN MEST and “surrounded” by it. His own dumped ¢ are in it - but where?, how scattered?, near or far? - how much of U3 is his? - etc. etc.
All these questions are answered on OT 13.
The KEY analysis of U3 is that it is a CUMULATIVE RESISTIVE CASE.
