HANDLING LTA PHENOMENON (GROUPS) WITH POWER

Where there is more than one BST or a group of BSTs, they can be audited as a group.

If there are some in the group, who are unresponsive, they tend to "hold" the others, so the whole group (if not responding to "Hello"!, "Wake up!", and "Why don't you want auditing?") may be treated as unresponsive and run on PrPr 4, 5 & 6.

The best way to audit these "groups" of BSTs is first to determine how many are there. The OT may get a number telepathically or it may give a read on "counting by orders of magnitude". (More than 10? Less than 10? - etc. as in the dating drill).

Then clear the Power 4 (Source Commands and begin the process. At the first F/N - even on a High TA - realize one or more have flattened it but not necessarily all. Validate these, and tell the others to wait while you take these on thru the next process. One may check (also by counting at this point:

"How many still unflat on the process?"

and these are the ones who are told to wait.

Do the same after an F/N on PrPr5, and go on to PrPr6. Now the really "restive" ones, who were holding the others (probably staff members LTA who were very loyal to Xenu and his brand of "tech") will start running also, as PrPr6 is the "SP case cracker" process.

After PrPr6 F/Ns, the same procedure is used - any who are not flat on it are told to wait for the next run through the processes.

If it is time for the end of that session, do the Blow & Can't Blow steps on anything left behind by the ones who did go free. Don't expect a big F/N in range or FTA yet. High TA F/Ns and the OTs awareness that "something left" or "blew" and "it is clean" is quite good enough at this stage.

If it was not time for the end of session after the 1st run through, go through PrPr 4, 5, 6 again using the same indications and counting procedure. (Example: the OT starts with a BST "cube" of 1000 (10x10x10). After the first run through there are only 876 left, next run through only 550, then 470, 300, 205, 128, 62, 31, 12, 6, 3, 2, 1 then the big F/N occurs in range and the Blow/Can't Blow steps done over and over turn it into an FTA.

Things to realize:

BSTs in a group are harder to audit than singly, but it can take less time.
When they are in groups, it is usually because they were commanded to be that way or dropped their bodies and went "static" LTA as a group. They could have been "assigned positions" in a Power Cube to "be the Universe forever and hold it until the voice of God commands you").
The TA may be very high (5.0 to 6.0) and needle stuck when starting and it may stay in that range for several sessions.
The Pre-OT or OT may "dope off" or go anaten while running these BST groups. If so, the cans can even be taped to the hands and the auditor can continue to run it telepathically. The anaten, of course, is the "case" of the BSTs not the pre-OTs, so a solo auditor or review auditor accepts it as an "answer" to the question being asked, acks, and continues. The pre-OT will wake up instantly when the BSTs producing the anaten have blown through it on their case.
Whenever a pre-OT or OT is audited while anaten to "get the BSTs through it" - he or she MUST be shown the session afterwards (do it immediately after the session, so there is no restim of "LTA auditing while unconscious or drugged or asleep" on the pre OTs OWN CASE).
The Blow/Can't Blow steps are done after every session to clean up any BTs or Cs the departing BSTs may have left around - and to handle any of the pre-OTs OWN MOCOs who may have been freed and come to him as an EXIT POINT.
Make sure any pre-OT or PT doing these OT Review Sessions is well fed and well rested.
The presence of BSTs on the case (in the U1 of the person) can reduce the metabolism read to a tic or nothing. They are holding on to the body, which is in U3. So verify that the person is sessionable by other evidences "What did you eat? When? How long did you sleep? From when to when?" If all OK, go ahead. This has been proven to be only the effect of BSTs on the body as the following experience shows: A pre-OT was scheduled to run off a group of BSTs. Metabolism was a no read at all on several attempts. TA at 5.6. The pre-OT insisted that rest & food were OK, and wanted to continue. This was verified. The session was 3 hours long and ended late at night (23:30), while during it hundreds of BSTs had gone free. After the Blow/Can't Blow steps the TA was below 3.0 and F/Ning. Then the auditor checked the metabolism again and the breath test gave an LFBD.
Always get a C/S to run Power this way on a group of BSTs.
Never run Power like that if it has not been determined by Folder and D of P or other indications that what is blocking the case IS a group of BSTs. There are other reasons for Hi TAs and stuck needles such as Out Int, O/R, Plug in Restim and other things given on the Hi-lo TA list and Class VIII Tapes. Only a trained S(S)C/S should adjudicate if it is indeed a group of BSTs, or something else.

If a person had LTA track which involved him or her being a reg, PR person, or auditor in the taken-over church after 1980 or even after the LTA year 2000, it will be not unusual to find all their prospects and pcs who "made it" to BST sitting there in their U1 waiting to be handled. The other main reason for "groups" to be on the case is that Xenu "ordered them" to stop someone he considered very dangerous to his plans.

Of course on OT 14-16 a person may wish to help free BSTs, but in this case he is at cause and has the processes and TRs to do it easily solo. But when these "groups" come in on a case at Excal level or OT 9-11 this is the procedure to use.

One last note: It has been asked if the "wide TR0" necessary to audit BSTs (as they are "being" the whole U3, will restim plugs on the Excal case, where the TR0 must be limited to only that piece of the plug one is auditing and the doors opened and shut with precision. The answer is that the BST groups "blanket" the Excal Case and put it asleep too! If it does wake up and some thetans go free, they are picked up on the B/CB steps at the end of each session. When the LTA "20th Century or later" charge is off the case (BSTs, Resurrection Clones, Coin Tricks, Persons own LTA Track and auditing, Out-Ruds with Others LTA, etc.) then they are returned to Excalibur, with the instruction to use "LTA on Incidents" as needed and to inform the C/S if any more "non-Excal" type charge comes up.

Remember, the LTA betrayal of Player thetans in Xenu's taken-over-church was even greater than his betrayal of the games by implanting. The LTA betrayal was on a person's hope to get free and out of the games and the person paid for it willingly and self-determined, he wasn't trapped or tricked into it - the tech was the trap after 1980 LTA!
