Prior to the 10x10⁴⁰ Perfect Circles were the agreements of the 8th Stage Static qns.

There shall be Games.

They shall be Infinite.

They shall result in IMPROVEMENT for each and all.

Definitions:

5th Stage Static - outside of a Games Series.

6th Stage Static - awareness of and exterior to a "Perfect Circle" of GS'es.

7th Stage Static - awareness of 10x10⁴⁰ Perfect Circles.

8th Stage Static - awareness of U ¥ agreements and having power of choice over them.
