From the Central Viewpoint one can go to U +¥ and find the "Games Cube" (or Hyper-Cube) covered in earlier issues.
The Hyper-Cube is in the U + ¥ space which contains all (10x1040) permutations of the "perfect circle" Games Series related and analyzed by the 12 Dynamics of Static into Existing and Ideal Scenes.
The "Hyper-Cone" is in the U -¥ space, a negative or inward expansion space which one can enter usually when the CVP is "asleep" or not taking part in the games of the existing moment It is comparable to "being in U2 rather than U1" or "Pan-Determined rather than Self-Determined".
It appears to be a huge hyperbolic parabolid type structure like a bell-shaped or old phonograph recordplayer speaker or unfoldimg flower (the lotus?).

It apparently serves the purpose of a Games Record and Archives Storage Place, cross-referenced by time, place, form, event, players involved and their intentionns and attentions. It is as if all the Static players in the game agreed to have a place to "file" their "existing scenes" for all the permutations of the Games Series (10x1040 permutations of 10x1040 players.)
It may be what the old Bhuddists referred to as the "Akashkic Record" or the "Many-petaled lotus".
It is like a giant Games Library from which one can take a "picture + action
book" and "play it off" while temporarily not in ones CVP as an
active PT player. Actually one IS in his CVP but expanded INWARD from it rather
than OUTWARD. It is similar to the "creating of negative mest" in ones
own universe so that A, can pass through "positive mest" in the U3 or S
U2. So it
is not "seen" in the normal course of the games. It is sort of an "out,
of the games" area where one can re-experience or re-create old or past games or
parts of them. It corresponds closely to LRH's definition of "Dreams" in
the Dianetic Axioms.
The way I found the Hyper-Cone was to analyze what occurred between "sleep" and "awake". Another Games Master (Ulrich) who had just finished running his "Games Cube" posed the question of "why couldn't he (as a Static) be aware all the time while the body was asleep?" Most people on the bridge do experience several times being "awake" as a qn throughout the time the body is "asleep", but it is not consistent nor every time. So I analyzed this period carefully and found I could recall everything that 1 was aware of while "asleep" but that it was often like "being in another game" or "totally disrelated to PT events". I found that there were several "options" the qn could take while the body was asleep. The Hyper-Cone was only ONE of them. These are:
- Staying aware of the PT environment.
- Staying aware of the Body Org and its maintenance functions as observer or supervisor (reference C/O Cycle R/D).
- Working in the actual U2 of current games, auditing other beings or investigating what others are doing. f
- Planning and creating futures by observation and analysis of vectors and consequences to work out an Ideal Scene on a Pan-Determined basis for application in the games.
- Analyzing past events and actions, experiencing wins and "posting the scoreboard" (This used to also include wondering, worry and uncertainty before becoming caseless.)
- Working out a product or new service such as a piece of music, writing, or plan for an org or something to deliver.
- Being the effect of U2 and its dramatizations. (Also hardly ever experienced since OT 16, but also handled by doing #3 above if it occurs). This, on lower levels includes "nigh mares" "bad pictures", "unwanted emotions" etc.
- Studying or reviewing games or parts of games in the Hyper-Cone Records and Archives (Ref: Dn Axiom # 172).
The "sleep options" # 1 - #6 are usually easily recalled, but #7 is usually (on lower levels) not-ised, invalidated or suppressed. On higher levels it is usually seen as "interference" and audited or brought to the C/S for a handling (can include "36 days'' stuff, BST's, LTA body MOCOs. Black NOT's, migrated B/C's, etc.)
Option # 8 is what causes the most "NOT-KNOW" or "CAN'T REMEMBER'' or "FORGOT WHAT I WAS DOING" during sleep. The reason for this is simply that it is INCREDIBLE, and quite often totally "disconnected", or at least disassociated (apparently), from any relationship to the persons PT game, knowledge or awareness. An actual example I found will illustrate this:
When I decided to analyze this, I did so the next morning. Before getting the body "up", I applied Option # 4 (Analysis of vectors and observations) to what I had just been experiencing. It was the following:
Viewpoint - being in a beautiful doll body sitting at a table prepared for and set up for a meal with table cloth, plates and implements (all 3 on the right side of the plate). A "spoon-like" one, a "fork-like" one and a "knife-like" one about 3 cm forward of the other two (It was in the center, between the other two).
I then turned to a waiter (who was using at meat-body) and made a sign with one finger by the lips of my doll. He understood and gave a telepathic acknowledgement and a slight nod of the head in respect of my wishes.
The other beings at the table were either in doll bodies or meat-bodies. All were dressed formally, and there was quite good telepathic comm and friendship among them all. The "dining room" was on (or in) a huge black spaceship. My analysis of this (to the EP of certainty was that it was the M-ship of Sector 9 - but from LTA! The movement of the spoon was a known sign or symbol "that this person was wearing a doll-body so just bring whatever they ask for, as doll-bodies only partake for social reasons, not... because they need food".
The finger-on-lips signal was the request for a certain type of delicacy that will release a pleasant "taste sensation" When put. into a doll-body's mouth and through its system.
The date-time of this was analyzed (again to a certainty) of exact correspondence with the TTA time-track dates of Teegeeack to the microsecond!
Now, why would I have a "parallel" LTA-TTA recording going on? I already knew that LTA I had left the planet in 1984 and went back to the M-ship, so that and the doll-body, were not surprising to me at all.
What was surprising was that I would have a record (experienceable) of it rather than a recall (knowingness) of it. Was it a new level of "pictures" one had to "clear" ones self from? So I analyzed it further. There was absolutely no "charge" or "mass'' about the experience. It was more like watching a video-movie at home or reading a good book (you know, when people used to read a book, they would put the whole story there in mock-ups as they went thru it, much the same as renting a video cassette today only better because ones own mockups are better than the movie-makers.)
Then I started to see where I was while "reading" my "LTA Track Book". I had gone INWARD to the Hyper-Cone Library (Ref: LRH PDC tape 53 on the "Cone of Knowledge"). I was sitting near the outside edge, just down from the rim and there was the record of my LTA experiences!
Of course, I then realized why the "Cone" gets bigger and bigger as it extends outward - there is more and more data to crossreference and be aware of as the games progress!
And way down there in the center are all the basic "definitions" and "experience" of the "elements of the games" - Dynamics, MEST ARC, KRC, etc. - The "basic hatting materials" for Statics who want to play the Games Series Games.
The "Cone basic-basic" is that it seems to have been put there as a basic agreed-upon-postulate to solve the Problem of Gamelessness.
It can be looked at as the Playing Field for the 13th Dynamic GAMES.
(The Playing-Field for the 12th (ADMINISTRATION OF GAMES) is the Role Org Board or permutations of the Games Series found in the Individual Hyper-Cubes). (The Playing-Field for the 11th is the Bridge or the TECH OF GAMES.) (The Playing-Field for the 10th (ETHICS of GAMES) was the Ring Archives Games.)
And so it goes....
