APPROACH TO OMNI

After the "non-interference Postulate" is found and handled one can proceed to OMNI.

It requires 3 basics to be in:

  1. Total or Absolute Certainty
  2. Total Control of all Players and their Creations, or ALL LOGIC AND ILLOGIC.
  3. Completely Evaluated Solutions or Games Conditions.

First run V/I on the "OMNI State". The value and importance of it will then become clear.

It's used to "correct" or do a "Review Handling" on Loop Games. It's pan- determined. Not only for you, but all other players, or for rescue of a Source Missionaries from a danger which would prevent completion of his mission.

Allowing a player to go below the level in a game where he can get himself out is not "allowing him his power of choice" or "self-determinism". It's allowing him to become "other-determined". There is a difference between pan-determinism and other-determinism. Its a VECTOR and INTENTION difference. Other determinism is vectored DOWN toward totally illogical, down spiral, down tone scale, and becoming a broken piece, MOCO or created thing. Pan-determinism is vectored UPWARD toward totally logical, up spiral, improvement of tone, and becoming a Player, OT, Source and OMNI again. Other-determined intentions are SUPPRESSIVE and "EVIL". Pan-determined intentions are EXPANSIVE and "GOOD".

So, if you know WHY you are doing an OMNI OPERATION and the intention is good, and your certainty is absolute and you can take responsibility for all Sources and their Creations - you can do it. (For further data see ESTO Tapes by LRH on Positive Postulate).

If you have come this for on the Bridge and still can not quite get the certainty, but feel there is something more to handle, then check over the "upper level review data" on Postulate Thetans and Loops Thetans and the "Black Org Board", "Big Source Implant", and "Anti-MEST" qns.

When that is all handled, it may be that you are already doing an OMNI OPERATION which has been completely evaluated and to do something else with OMNI may mess it up. In this case, you must find out what the OMNI mission is, what areas you are operation in, and what are its products and EPs.

  1. Personal OMNI mission? (S, I, N,) If reads
  2. What is the OMNI mission? (Word to F/N VGIs)
  3. Test it with V/I (to F/N VGIs. If not, it's a wrong item. Find the correct wording. Retest it.)
  4. Prepcheck it to get all the data about it.
  5. Handle any interference in it that still may be around. (Postulate Thetans, Loop thetans, incomplete or incorrectly evaluated actions, etc.)
  6. When all data known, target out how to finish the mission and do so.
  7. Choose (or not choose) a new OMNI Operation to do and do it.
