Omni is certainly an application of Source Training toward viability but what makes it different from a Source Mission done by one Source as a Player?
To explain this, let us compare a Source acting alone to a Source acting on an OMNI basis in a Multi-Source complex game.
A Source acting alone, can, in his own Universe, create and As-is freely and at any rate he wishes.
But when operating with other Sources in coordination, these are "Agreements" or Postulates or Rules which define the cooperative game and its basics. Thus an OMNI mission would take all these "absolutes" into consideration when operating.
And therefore, can produce CHANGE across the whole game which includes all Players.
In comparison, the Solo Source Mission, decided by a Source and carried out, will influence the part of the game he is in and anyone who duplicates the purpose of the mission in that area.
As an example in planetary life, there would be a limited result if one person decided not to pay war taxes and convinced a few friends not to do so either. But if the head of the government decided that no-one should pay war-taxes and enforced it, the whole economy might boom and the country and all Players in it rise up the tone scale. Such can be the difference in a Source Mission compared to an OMNI mission.
From and OMNI Viewpoint, Games are estimated and observed by their:
or amount of creations in relation to size of Playing Field.
or vector towards, or away from, logic and improvement. Also the "time" it is taking to play it, in terms of the Player's concepts of optimum randomity.
or the various influences in or on the game or the amount of alter-is or illogic which has gotten into it.
These observations add up to give a DESCRIPTION of the game in progress. They are made, of course, from an outside-the-games viewpoint. (Source Level or above.)
From the DESCRIPTION of the Game as-it-is, and a knowledge of the Game DETERMINANTS or absolutes being agreed to by the Players in it (such as DYNAMICS, RIGHTS of a qn, etc) and a comparison to the earlier LOOP of GAME Cycles experimented with in former applications of Logic, a DECISION can be made to do an OMNI MISSION and CHANGE THE DENSITY, DEVELOPMENT or DIRECTION (or all three) of the GAME.
Evaluation Technology (Data Series) of the 12th Dynamic is used to arrive at the exact why's and handling steps to be taken.
(Note that LRH brought Eval Tech INTO the game with the Data Series, obviously as a result of an OMNI Evaluation that this technology was needed to resolve a situation in this particular game.)
- from a Source V.P., or even a Static 5th Stage (OT16) viewpoint, Ring 10,000, CCC24, GUM 0 of the Ring Archives games is very solid and appears as a dense, dark, mass, swollen out of size in comparison to other GUMS and Rings whose density is lighter and who have more open space in them.
- Since Ring 9999, Gum 0 of CCC24 the Ring Archives hit a down vector toward illogic and the OMNI handling there was to do the Ring again (as Ring 10,000) to bring it back up. It's taken a long "time" to come back around to GUM 0 where the trouble started.
- the development of interference in the form of implanting got heavier and more tricky since Gum 0, Ring 9999 and Players got thrown off of the real game purposes into wars, religions, and other illogics. Various contingency plans were made at OMNI level and carried out in Ring 10 000. (Free Zone, more Dynamics put into the game for use, etc.)
- There is a definite threat to the quality improvement of Players and their logic by the above situations in Rings 9999 & 10 000. (Same Ring but having to be done twice!)
- Rights of a qn have been mostly forgotten by the Players, and not extended to other Players and not at all to MOCOs. Dynamics mostly not-ised and controlled by other-determinism. Players pushed down on to D1 & D2.
ARC & KRC Game Elements not valued except in individual instances. Substitute triangles put in by Implanters to further interfere in the game and reduce Understanding and Power.
Earlier Applications have gone too illogical and were abandoned, but the implanters, led by Xenu, are trying to force these applications back into use in this Games Series. These identification, association, and other-determined games are covertly being put in again since Ring 9999 in a massive way. By also perverting the Dynamic 11 Tech with false "OT" processes and "False Bridges", Xenu has tried to prevent any Players from finishing the Series and has instead processed the ones he tricked into being "created" or being "MEST" or operating only as qThetans.
He is creating broken pieces out of Players. He also established a Barrier of "qns being postulates" to prevent Players from returning to Source Level, or exercising their Rights.
- Ring 10 000, CCC24, Gum 0 is a Psychotic Games Area (Players are both out of valence as Players and Psychotic - having no rights or game elements to help themselves or others) It must be handled by OMNI Msn to return Players to their own Valences, put in self-determinism, restore Rights of qns, educate them again on the Basics and their Dynamics and put in a True Bridge to enable them to complete the Rings and rise to VIABLITY as Sources. Do this on a gradient as per "processing of psychotics".
From this example (an actual summary for OMNI action), one can understand better, or find easier, his own part of the OMNI MSN which is currently going on in this Sector of GUM 0. The Free Zone, for instance, was set up in time and space at exactly the point to provide the TTA alternative to the False Bridge of LTA.
Dianetics and Scn were presented by Ron at exactly the time and space to provide an alternative to the re-dramatization of Inc II and atomic extinction.
So, perhaps you already are on an OMNI Mission!
