Ingrid, you also must be trained as a C/S before changing anything which the C/S has put in the program. When you told me you were running PrPr 3, I assumed that all the interference was handled by my first pgm of 19 July on Postulate Thetans.
Now I find it was not and since you were not trained as a SS C/S, you have now got several kinds of charge cooking on the case.
Sessions charge in PT.
POT run LTA charge
Interference charge from others LTA Ruds unflat.
Possibly some LTA body death charge, causing somatics.
As you are not a trained C/S you kept on after the C/Sed pgm started to go off the rails. It was going VERY WELL up till the 22/7 sessions where the first group of interference from postulate qns blew off and POT had a good win. The next session the pre OT did on 25/7 she was in TTA viewing LTA and could easily run ruds on it with others. Although this was not in the original pgms it was expected to happen after the interference was off the case.
You were lucky there to pick up the out-ruds, which would have been a next priority of the pre OT being able to work and view her own LTA track.
But by 26/7 & 28/7 sessions, there was more interference there and finally in the 2nd 28/7 session you got thru it somehow and finished the ruds on the LTA terminal.
But there no B/CB after these sessions and it appears you believed you were running OTLR 4! This is totally incorrect. The LTA Out Ruds are not OTLR 4, but part of an LTA Review Cycle, The door is not shut afterwards, the B/CB steps are done.
In the 28/7 Sessions, you got the children of pre OT LTA, but instead of doing Ruds you "C/Sed" (yourself) for a prepcheck. Incorrect, as the "Out Ruds in Others LTA" section was not complete.
(The LTA tech is so exact, that the pre OTs will only run things in the exact SS/CS course sequence no matter what the auditor tries to do. If the does something else - you get pot going out of session and more restim of bad LTA tech on the case.)
So the next sessions of course bogged as were not C/Sed properly. And by 31 July session you had the situation described at top of (p. 2) of this C/S.
When you observed in the 31/7 Report that pot was not talking to you inside of session - but outside of session - you should have realized the basic definition of a session was OUT. And that you needed a new C/S Pgm.
By stating the "PrPr 3 on LTA Auditing" you bypassed the PT Auditing Charge from not completing the former cycles correctly and in the 1 Aug. session the report by you remarked on the similarity of PT sessions to LTA. Of course, the LTA auditing ALSO left a lot of BPC so they are similar.
Due to the power of the tech, the PrPr 3 process eventually did handle even the TTA auditing charge and allowed the LTA charge to blow in the 9 Aug 88 Session. You realize, however, it could have been done with a lot less effort on yours and the pre Ots part. But by persistence with that particular process which handles all session out-ruds and auditing consitions, it finally did EP. And you did a B/CB; which is correct in any LTA Review after a session.
The next C/S (10/8) should have not been PrPr 3, so of course it didn't run. So you "C/Ses in the chair" and did some really "off the wall" Dn tech.
The reason you managed to get her through was not because it was a correct action - it was not. You never run Dn on a Clear. The correct next thing for her to hit in LTA would have been a body death and it should have been D/L to blow and then prepchecked. In 10/8 Session you did hit one and "felt" you had to "change the process" to the "Kennedy Institution". You, as an auditor, should have realized that you MUST NEED A NEW C/S by this time.
I don't know if someone taught you to fumble around like this but it is NOT the way to go.
Its expensive and tiring for the pc and frustrating for the auditor, who is beginning to "hope for an F/N" rather than analyze and properly get a C/S for the case. In Review Auditing and C/Sing, which all of thes is, you get the already restimed charge off, not put new charge on. In Review one gets the exact charge off, not just "try to get an F/N".
Now, your 17/8 summary shows that she is in the LTA Body Death incident still, the wrong process being run, the charge is not fully coming off so you can handle the body MOCOs, but they are getting very restimed, and there is BPC in the TTA sessions. Ingrid, please get trained before you try to C/S past any point where the existing C/S doesn't apply. Until then GET A NEW C/S. Otherwise it is a disservice to the pre OT.
Indicate to pre OT that the PrPr 3 was complete on her 9 Aug. 88 session and "charge has been bypassed on that".
(Should get a LFBD VGIs as charge is released)
Don't start session yet, just ask: "Who would I have to be to audit you"?
Run to VGIs/FN.
If no F/N, run "Is there a session ARC Break?"
(Assess, itsa, E/S to F/N VGIs)
Now start the session.
(If you can't get the above done, get folder to C/S.)
D/L to blow the "Kennedy Institute" Incident.
(R-factor to pre OT, that it is an LTA Body Death or part of a series of incidents leading to an LTA body death so the dating could be a span of time in LTA and cover several locations. When this is properly bracketed and seen by the pre OT as a whole series of events leading to an LTA body death, the pre OT will be satisfied on the D/L step.)
Now do a 20 button prepcheck on the LTA Body Death covered by above dates and locations. This will open up the perception of Body MOCOs affected by it - so expect somatics to turn on as the prepcheck is done.
If you get "interference" on the prepcheck which blocks perception of the incidents, get a new C/S.
When prepcheck is finished to F/N VGIs and attention off the incident - (but now maybe, only on the body org MOCOs affected by it) - then have the pre OT put those body MOCOs affected into session by TR 0 and "Hello-OK", until she is in good comm with them. Then run - via the pre OT to the body MOCOs - PrPr 4, PrPr 5, PrPr 6 to the Eps given in LTA Issue on running PrPrs ("glasswall" breaking on 4, "closer" in time on 5, dissolve of blackness and "sparkling life" on 6)
Then do a B/CB on the Body MOCOs and any other qns
which got freed by the auditing.
Folder to C/S. Note: If at any time it doesn't go like the above C/S, send folder to C/S. The above should be done in short sessions, 1 or 2 steps at a time.
Note: I am going by the folder data here on the case that she is to the point of handling the LTA Body Death. But, the earlier incomplete cycles of Ruds in LTA, or INTERFERENCE, may come up due to the sloppy C/Sing on the case and not fully checking that all cycles were done by program. So don't try to force the pre OT to go thru this program. If she bogs, or can't do it - END SESSION and get another C/S.
Don't cause any more session ARC Breaks.

Very Well Done on the Indications of BPC and handling the Session Charge. You see that the result was exactly as predicted by the C/S. So, we are now at the point of handling the "Kennedy Institute" incident. And you got F/Ns on D/L and TA in range again. So we are on the correct part of the "next thing" on the case. The protest of the "LTA Body Death" is either due to her not understanding the purpose of the C/S which is to remove her charge as a qn and any effect on Body from LTA body MOCO restim. Or it could be part of the incident itself. (Protest IN the incident). Or, it could be that this is part of a Private and Personal Game or incomplete Cycle in LTA, which would come up to be handled before the Body Death Cycle, which is causing the somatics. So, we approach this carefully to keep the pre OT WINNING as she is now confronting her LTA track easily again.
If (B) has reads and her interest, tell her "we will complete the cycel by getting all the data about it known". (Start session & Prepcheck it) (as above)
If (C) has reads and her interest, then indicate it will be handled as a private & persoanl game. Start session: Find out "What was the game exactly?" "Who was involved in it?"
Note the terminals and reads on them.
Then take the biggest reads on them.
Then take the biggest reading terminal and get in 6 ruds "Regarding that game, was there an RUD which TERMINAL ?"
(You may have LD Ruds or False Ruds coming up if you can't F/N a Rud). Get each RUD to F/N on each terminal that reads. She will finally during this, have a big F/N and cog and have no further attention on the game. That is the EP. (Don't run past that point, or she will protest and lose interest.)
If (D) has her interest and reads, find out (before starting the session): Was it a mission you were doing for somebody else or, was it "your own personally decided mission to do for the improvement of the games?" If it was a mission she did for someone else, tell her "We will get all the data debriefing and inform the people concerned."
Start Session: Get "What was the mission exactly?" "WHO was ist done for?" The debrief it with 2 WC and a telepathic link to whoever she feels needs the data. (You may have to get in S, I, N to help if she gets stuck in the debrief and can't find some data she considers important. Warning - don't evaluate what you consider important during the debrief.) She will F/N VGIs when complete.
But: If (D) was a personally decided mission for improvement of the game and that is her interest, then get a new C/S as this is a very delicate area needed to be handled by the Source Msn & Opposition issues and a very exact C/S.
