People think small points have no power, as if that power means president of the world. Any small job is a position of some power and this formula applies to it.
Be known.
Have something to offer and trade.
Be able to open channels.
Bring order and permit growth and prosperity to good forces (8 dynamic formula) and end bad forces (reverse 8 dynamic formula).
Deterrent formula (be able to strike harder than you can be hit wronged or engaged in a conquest).
Don’t be destructive. Have value. Have validity. Don’t abuse power. Don’t reduce power. Continue the state, don’t relax. Continuous heavy promotion of the successful lines. Continuous reorganization to maintain stability. Continuous and responsible use of power. Responsibility.
Maintain a strong deterrent but set only examples and don’t use it for minor punitive reasons. Strengthen or erase all points vacated in the upward course.
Assumption of viewpoint of power. Get it known, broadly, generally, and creditably. Get identity and intentions well known, accurate estimate condition of area of which control is assumed and apply proper formula. Take firm control of the job and actively prosecute it, don’t let it start running you. (Aristocracy were so overwhelmed by titles they ceased to rule the world.) Titles are deterrents so one can do one’s job, but they are only announcements that somebody is there controlling things so that things can then be handled. Door plates can’t act. Opening one on an empty room is a shock. Power has to be used or it ceases. A tittle of power assumed and not used will always carry severe repercussions on the person who attempted it. Assumption of power one is not entitled to also results in repercussions on the person who assumed it - but having assumed it if he can hold it the credit is double. Assuming and not attempting or working to hold it fully can be suicide. This is the most adventurous or unsafe action - a gamble.
One assumes a power position he is not entitled to, the results can be enormously beneficial if one does manage to hold it. Catastrophe however ensues in the large majority of cases.
Inventing a new position of power is highly adventurous also. If it is useful, well-defined, and one has the brilliance and skill to hold it and deterrent can be developed, it is the road to success. If it is not useful on the dynamic formula (greatest good) and/or if it has to be poorly defined it almost cannot develop a deterrent sufficient to prevent the exposure of it’s uselessness or by the simple action of defining it, showing it does not exist.
All such positions are subject to counter-action which seek to show that the position is useless or worse and seek to define it in derogatory terms (self-made man, usurper, etc. show this. Therefore the action of the being attempts mainly to show that the position is useful and that the title is very well defined and merited. The actual action should be concentrated on defense as such a position cannot be defended since it really doesn’t much exist being lately invented.
One therefore must work and be extremely useful, define the post well and repeatedly and given a deterrent of the importance of comparative posts and the value of the work and that one is qualified to perform it and is performing it and heavy promotion of the title, the post is sooner or later awarded by others as vital. Indeed, every post there is has been invented - by the person who wished to hold it or a person who from his own position of power was qualified to invent it. No posts existed at the beginning of man. They are all traceable to this formula and it was followed if the posts and titles now exist or the formula wasn’t followed if they don’t. It is this formula alone which brings about a civilization, group or individual.
