Hi, Francis,

<<Did you survived Egypt?>>

Yes, it was sunny, I didn't have to do house work, no cooking, no cleaning - exactly what I wanted.

<<Have a nice Easter.>>

We had, in France, with rain and temperatures around 7 degree, but fortunately we have a warm fire-place.

I hope, you had a good easter as well.

<<It has become a normal state to be aware of disembodied thetans around me carrying a mock-up of their previous body. They normally go when they are R-Factored they have died. Other times they just like to hang around.

They live in a mocked up universe which is quite magical (like a dream) where sometimes they are very frightened because all their fears then become real. Auditing doesn’t work very well. I think a lot of them are just mock ups abandoned or something like that.>>

LRH gives some stuff on ths in "EXTERIORIZATION" ,lecture 19 January 1956.

<<It has happened time and again that the discovery and handling of a major stumbling block (case wise) is followed by the sensation that “it was all there was to handle”!

It happened with R several times namely when he handled OT III.

After that level he developed OT V and VI to make a real OT out of the guy who had just gone through the wall of fire!

Then he found there was more to it that meets the eye…and NOTs had to be put on the Bridge.

After finishing OT 16, CBR also did a big jump going after the Games Master and Source Levels.

Both considered that the “small” things that were coming up during these journeys to OT, GM or Source could be handled by Reviews.

But they could not and they actually were major levels that had to be put in on the Bridge.

This in no way invalidates their great work. It only indicates that there is a tendency to believe one has made it after a big breakthrough is achieved.

Actually it feels sometimes like a bit of an overrun. It should be the way they thought it was! But it isn’t. Thetans have made things a bit too complicated actually and the task to undo it is not as simple as it would seam.

Like a journey through the Philippines, one always thinks the next Island is the end of the journey. But there is always a next one…

The Path is being built on. And one sees fewer and fewer Islands on the horizon. And one day we are going to arrive.

And there, a new Path probably will be waiting for us to follow…>>

Funny, how we are thinking along the same lines....   I have come to the conclusion that the bridge is like a path through a dense jungle up to the top of a mountain. You walk up the path, reach the zop of the mountain, relax a little bit, look down to where you started and realize thate you only had this thin path, that the jungle is constantly threatening to overgrow the path.

Right now I am at the point of not continuing any attempts to go above 48, but instead use "Needs and wants handled" type of auditing to clean up the jungle left and right of the path to keep it open - both for getting others up to the mountain top and for myself to have an easier way down and up again.
