 l    I,  Andre Tabayoyan, of Los Angeles California, being duly sworn

 2    do  hereby depose and state that the following statements are true.

 3    I am a member of the Church of Scientology and a member of the

 4    Sea Organization, which is a fraternal organization established

 5    within the structure of the Church.

 6    I was on the ship Apollo from 1971 to 1973. I was married in 1972

 7    and my wife and I lived aboard the ship.  Our lifestyle aboard ship

 8    compared to that of a very cozy apartment.  My wife and I, Mary,

 9    had a lot of time to spend together as we always had meals together

10    and on occasion when we wanted to we went out and had dinner at

11    various ports. We enjoyed our lifestyle very much and made some

12    lasting friendships with others while on board.  We were regularly

13    given time off while in port and would go ashore and visit th

14    different countries which was very exciting.  We studied different

15    Church courses and also got trained in basic seaman skills.  Our

16    work was very purposeful and meaningful to the both of us.

17    Mary and I both feel that our time spent on the Apollo was very

18    enjoyable and we have very fond memories of our work and of the

19    time we spent together during these years.
